Maintaining brain health is crucial for overall well-being and cognitive function, and several areas have been established to support brain function in adults.
NSS often includes brain health coaching as part of speech and cognitive therapy, however, it can also be offered as a separate service.
Treatment approach
NSS will work directly with you to identify areas of improvement in the realm of brain health. These areas include cognitive stimulation, social interaction, stress management, sleep, nutrition, and physical exercise. You will learn strategies to improve these areas, such as how to create and maintain habits for exercise and cognitive stimulation, as well as recommendations for when and how to talk to your doctor about challenges.
